I hold certification in Nutrition and Healthy Living from Cornell University as well as Health and Wellness Coaching certification from The Institute for Integrative Nutrition. I have a passion for helping people finally break out of the "diet culture" and step into a life of health that doesn't end in disappointment and weight regain, but leads you to finally finding food peace. While I see clients at all stages of life and at any weight, I do specialize in food addiction and pre and post op bariatric patients.
