About me
My name is Penny. I have more than 20 years of experience working with leave of absence, disability, and workplace accommodations. Throughout my career I have coached and mentored for career planning and professional development. Since 2022, I have worked as an Executive Career Consultant and Program Manager.
I am a trauma survivor. I lost my father at the age of nine and experienced a complex relationship with my mother due to intergenerational trauma. I have first-hand experience with the challenges that Complex PTSD can bring to the workplace.
