About me
Rhiannon's passion for healing ignited when she healed herself from bipolar disorder, countless eating disorders, C-ptsd, depression + a crippling anxiety disorder. She realized the gift she was given at the age of 23, after healing her way out of enough generational trauma to be able to reach this new found place of growth, and her mission ever since is to be able to teach others how to heal themselves holistically.
How it all started?
Rhiannon grew up on the beautiful PNW coast of Vancouver island, on the very sacred lands of the golf island; Gabriola.
