Background: Before embarking on my Ayurvedic path, I graduated from New York University and worked in the world of corporate finance for 11 years, until some health challenges inspired me to leave New York City and seek a path that supported wellness, balance, and a deeper sense of fulfillment.
This journey landed me in India for six months, where I began to self-study and integrate Ayurveda into my own wellness journey.
