About me
For the last 11 years I have worked within the context of psychiatric nursing where I have had the privilege of holding space for children and youth within their healing journey in inpatient, residential, and emergency settings. I have been able to bring the wisdom from my experiences as a psychiatric nurse into my work as a depth hypnosis practitioner and shamanic counsellor. I provided a sacred and trauma informed space for individuals to heal holistically mind, body, heart, and spirit where they can feel a sense of freedom and personal power in their lives.
