I am a therapist turned Holistic Relationship Coach. I help people become their own therapist by rewiring their nervous system. I help couples increase connection. Now serving the Telluride area!
I thought I wanted to be a therapist from age 16 when I had my first experience with one.
I decided in the middle of my training that touch was too important to skip as a practitioner and decided I would probably not get an LPC only to have it taken away by hugging the wrong client.
So I completed two years of Mindfulness-Based Psychotherapy training and two years of body work and intimacy training that has led to my current method. I may finish my degree one day in order to support some of my dreams.
For now I am grateful to be a creative healer that gets to combine modalities in order to be more effective for my clients' individual needs.
Personally, I identify as a Wiccan and a Buddhist, which mostly means I meditate and honor the Mother Earth in her changes.
I have been a dancer for my entire life.
I too have struggled with self-regulating for most of my adulthood. What I bring to clients is what has been most powerful in my own healing.
I came from a violent and emotionally neglectful household and I have now established inner stability and a healthy loving relationship.
I want to do everything I can to help others heal deeply and permanently.
If we can experience an event so shocking it creates fear based trauma, can we also create an event so nourishing it creates love based patterns?
The body knows, the mind distorts, the spirit leads.

My two most influential teachers in school were Mia Bolte and Dewy Freeman.
Both brought to sessions a stability that would calm anyone anywhere.
I aspire to bring the same to my clients.
Learning Buddhist philosophies and practices in college opened my heart to the unconditional love I was able to accept from these people.
