I use elements from the Theory of an Advanced World and tools from Fractal Psychology (both are developed in Japan) to support people's transformation who recognized that they have been trapped in their narratives and wish to free themselves from self-inflicted limitations and restrictions.
I struggled most of my adult life being trapped in the mind constructed stories and felt going mad. I tried many years of psychotherapy, different kinds of energy healings, spirituality, and self-help seminars, workshops but nothing really helped. They all say, "You need to love yourself first" but when I asked "Please teach me what I need to do to love myself?", then no one could give me step-by-step instruction about that. They were all vague, and now I think that they did not even know how to love themselves. So I put myself on a quest to discover the true meaning of loving myself and how I can achieve the goal. The journey is always 50% plan & 50% discovery and I encountered the Holotropic Breathwork and Fractal Psychology. I finally had all my questions answered and my curiosity about the mystery of life fulfilled. I am now standing at the other side which means that I could pull myself out of my mind made unconscious narratives of who I should be and support others to remove themselves from illusions and move towards wholeness. Once our first appointment date is set, I email my client a questionnaire which needs to be filled and sent back to me before our session. Also, the invoice needs to be paid to confirm the appointment. My initial counseling session takes two hours and I ask a series of questions to guide my client to recognize certain thinking patterns and behavioral patterns that caused the problem that my client is perceiving. Then, I put my client into a guided meditation to dive into a deeper conscious level to examine one or two key unconscious blocks that have been operating my client's decision-making process and find how the unconscious blocks have emerged. Once we can find how unconscious blocks were created then bring them to the surface conscious level to start working on it and modify it so that it stops manifesting the problem.
This is deep inner work and an effective method of self-discovery. You can learn how to use your brain in a practical manner and diligently start to increase new neural pathways in your brain. So it requires your willingness to diligently practice brain exercises to rewire your brain by connecting new ideas, concepts, and information to old pathways so that you can eventually change yourself from the inside out.
