About me
I am passionate about:
– holding space for queer identities (I identify as non-binary and use they/them pronouns)
– dismantling internalized systems of oppression
– using time travel to explore patterns of behavior and unconscious habits
– investigating the ways in which our energy bodies are informed by our surroundings
– shapeshifting our internal monologue
– noticing energies around us and defining what is “ours” and what is “not ours”
– reconnecting with healthy boundaries
– understanding that energy signatures change
– creating new possibilities of self by pulling at the threads of our storylines
– bridging the physical with the metaphysical/spiritual
– inviting ancestral support to integrate intergenerational wounds
– leaning into webs of collective support
– rediscovering our identities/seed selves as a path to autonomy
– exploring the mystical, magical and witchy
- weaving sound, vibrational energy and toning/singing into sessions
– incorporating cellular energetic healing through intention, energy work, diet and reclaiming our sovereignty
– being with/in nature
– grieving, in all its mysterious and complex ways, and creating rituals
– laughing, dancing and embracing my inner child (lots of laughter happens in session)

My Philosophy of Care
I believe that we have all of the answers within us, but sometimes we get lost in our patterns and storylines. My hope is that I can be a witness to you and your needs, in whatever capacity you need me. I offer a non-judgmental space and have no expectations or agenda. You are not broken and I cannot "fix" you. There is no right or wrong way to integrate and heal your past, but I believe in moving slowly and taking the time to truly validate you and your experience.

What You Can Expect On Your First Visit
Every visit is completely unique and depends on what feels like a priority in your nervous system. If we meet in-person at my office, I have a massage table with an infrared heating pad, as well as tuning forks, crystal bowls and a drum that can be integrated into your session - or we can just talk. Outdoor sessions are also dependent on what you need - whether we sit or walk/move. Virtual sessions can include distance energy work and Somatic Experiencing/Death Doula work.

My Inspiration
I've always felt compelled to hold space for other people; in fact, complete strangers regularly tell me their life stories. Additionally, I've never felt completely seen by Western medicine and have healed so many of my own trauma wounds through alternative therapies, which have led me to my life path. I want to be the support person I never had access to when I was navigating my own health challenges - to be a witness to grief and loss and to advocate for, and support, a different storyline.
