I am a licensed therapist trained to work with individuals, couples, children, and families. As a holistic practitioner, I use a range of techniques to help individuals understand their symptoms and foster a greater sense of self-awareness. My goal is for my clients to better understand the connections between their body, mind, spirit, and relationships and how these elements play a role in mental health.
