About me
Throughout my 19 years as a Registered Nurse, I have seen our current medical system save the lives of many– be it a baby born far too soon or the victim of a tragic car accident. In those same 19 years, I’ve also seen the same system guide many down a path of more medications, more side effects, and a continued decline of vitality, physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being.
The foundations of health are often overlooked in the traditional approach: sleep, excessive stress and inflammation, nutrition, detoxification, and movement.
