For me, responsibility means being committed to building a better world. I use my education, experience, intuition and heart to help people help themselves. Self-empowerment allows us to be equipped for self-progression. Let's give ourselves permission to be who we are, while still operating on an ever-growing scale.

My Philosophy of Care

I grew up in a time when over-working and self-destruction became glorified, and burnout turned into a badge of honor. Experiencing first-hand how lack of self-care crumbles any successful life and breaks our most meaningful relationships changed my career path for the better. Every person has the power to show up for themselves and I'm keen on cultivating that.

Our lifestyle is a repercussion of our mindset. We can learn from every experience, we just need to pay attention first.

Self-care is productive. You are and will forever be the greatest project you will ever work on.

What You Can Expect On Your First Visit

Eye-opening, supportive, and comforting. Without judgment, unrealistic expectations, or false ideas. I allow you to show me where you are and where you want to go, then together we build a toolbox to meet your destination.

My Inspiration

If you think you "can't", I'd love to prove you delightfully wrong. The point isn't to be thoughtless or sit perfectly still. As long as you can breathe, you can meditate.
