Energy work is the simplest and most powerful way to heal all aspects; physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. How do I know? Energy work literally saved my life and allowed me to restore balance in my life, prompting me to become certified in a number of energy modalities and study many others.
Upon completing the Unified Science course and studying frequency healing, I was guided to develop Awakening Frequencies (AF), which integrates all of my training and studies, over 10 years into one cohesive and expansive energy healing method and system.
