About me
For the first 40 years of my life, I thought I was healthy. What I didn't know was the impact my stressful, work hard, eat what I want, do what I want lifestyle was having on me.
At 45 years old I was faced with an onslaught of weight I couldn't lose, digestive issues, allergies, pre-diabetes and high cholesterol. I was told it was normal, inevitable for someone my age, that I should learn how to live with it all. It was then I realized that if I was going to be healthy enough to enjoy the retirement that I was working so hard for, I needed to do something different.
