My journey into natural health & wellness began with a diagnosis...a serous autoimmune disease called Lupus. Instead of taking the conventional medical route, I successfully addressed the issue through diet and lifestyle changes. Over 30 years after the diagnosis, I am completely healthy and take no pharmaceutical medications!
I have dedicated my life to learning as much as possible about natural wellness so that I can help others improve their lives, feel better, and achieve their goals.
If you want to improve and/or maintain your physical wellness, your relationships, or achieve goals, coaching can help. I absolutely love watching my clients achieve goals they previously thought were impossible. My greatest joy in life is to help people transform into who they were meant to me - body, mind, and spirit.
Using habit science techniques along with the latest scientific information about diet and lifestyle, clients make small changes to daily rituals to move towards greater vitality, better sleep, improved wellness, graceful aging, and emotional growth. Clients make positive and lasting changes to their physical and emotional wellness. I help my clients develop a healthy mindset and daily habits, and encourage them every step of the way as they establish and accomplish their goals.
Our first visit is a time for us to become acquainted. I want to know all about you - what you value, how you care for yourself, your triumphs and challenges, and your future goals.
I grew up in a dysfunctional (alcoholic) family. As a young teen, I was curious about why people were so unhappy - why they struggled emotionally. My studies at university led me to the field of counseling and a diagnosis of Lupus led me to the field of natural health. My inspiration to become a healer is the life of Jesus - who devoted himself to healing the sick, lifting up the oppressed, and caring for the poor.
