I am a highly self-motivated,people pleasing individual that struggles with lack of sleep, anxiety, and headaches. Sheldan‘s Nidra meditation program helps me turn the outside world off as I focus on my breathing and my body’s rhythm helping me relax areas such as forehead ,eye lids, spine and fingers all of which are filled with tension due to my career. The long-term effect of her meditation session for me is a more peaceful sleep for several days. I also use the breath work she leads often especially in today’s stressful environment. I try to treat myself to one of Sheldan‘s programs whether it be Yoga, breath work or sound therapy at least once a week. It’s my me time😊

Reiki Healing Session
Reiki supports you in healing on an energetic level to release trauma, anxiety, fears, and beliefs that are holding you back. Each session will start with a brief discussion to understand your individual needs, followed by a guided meditation, Reiki, and a closing discussion where I'll share tools to support you after the session.

Yoga Nidra Session
Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep, is a powerful meditative practice in which practitioners move through the koshas, or energetic layers that house the soul, to unite the conscious, subconscious, unconscious, and superconscious minds. During Yoga Nidra, practitioners enter the theta wave stage of sleep and experience deep relaxation. Nidra offers lots of healing benefits such as stimulating the production of HGH - restoring the body, improved sleep, release of tension and pain, and has also proven to be supportive for those who experience PTSD, depression, and anxiety.

About me

I'm an Embodiment Coach and Intuitive Healer here to support you along your healing journey. I'm a certified Reiki Master, Deeksha Practitioner, and Yoga Instructor. I guide clients through deep emotional and energetic healing so they can master their relationship to Self, release trauma, overcome fear and anxiety and align with their deepest desires. The modalities I offer are intended to inspire and empower you to live fully and authentically expressed.

I take a holistic approach to health and wellness strive to get to the energetic root of physical, emotional, and mental blockages so you can experience passion and pleasure in all aspects of life.

My Inspiration

My own experiences with trauma led me to want to be of service to others. I started practicing yoga over 15 years ago and immediately realized the healing energy it offers. I've made it my mission to share these practices with others so they can experience deep healing and begin to embody the best, most authentic version of themselves.

Everyone has the ability to enter a hypnotic state, it's just a matter of finding a practitioner that you resonate with. One of my favorite ways to experience hypnosis is through a process called Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep.
