About me
About me
My pursuit of holistic health began when I was in my twenties, but it wasn't until I received treatment from a holistic life coach who used hypnotherapy that I experienced an amazing transformation in my life. I studied for about 3 years (more than 600 contact hours) to achieve certifications in clinical hypnotherapy, holistic life coaching, and neuro linguistic programming. I am also a Reiki Master and trained in a few other energy modalities.
