With over 25 years of experience in movement and health education and well over a decade in maternal healthcare, I am a dedicated professional specializing in Birth Work, Newborn Care, Postpartum Care, Yoga, Mindfulness, Holistic Health, and Ayurvedic Nutrition. As a mother of five, my nurturing demeanor and engaging attitude complement my role as a versatile Full Spectrum Doula. My extensive background as a Teacher, Mentor, and Women's Health Advocate has brought me immense joy, allowing me to work with women and families from diverse backgrounds and abilities.
