About me
I've been a massage therapist for 28 years. I've also suffered from pain to the low back, neck, & shoulders. I understand the dilemma of seeking pain relief in a non-stop world.
My approach is to start with deep tissue to release the muscles from their current discomfort. Stretching to get the muscles to more freely. Then I transition into massage so the muscles can move as close to normal as possible.
