About me
Healing is a homecoming. A returning of the self. All it is, is connecting with yourself after the trauma has disconnected you from yourself.
Nothing heals in the vibration of shame, guilt, doubt, etc. We must process our emotions but not overstay our welcome in them. It is our mission to know when we have felt those enough and infuse love into ourselves.
I teach people how to heal using thought work and helping them to cultivate more love, trust and connection within themselves.
