About me
With generations of Ayurvedic Doctors in my DNA, my grandfather taught me the power of meditation, pranayama, mantras and yoga. The gift of sharing my roots with students and clients fills my heart and is my dharma in this life.
The art of silence, mindfulness, quieting the mind, and yoga were taught to me at an early age. The foundations of my clinical practice and teachings is to learn how to listen to the whispers of the body so that the body never has to scream.
