About me
About me
Chronic pain is one of the most common problems facing Americans today. It often means we can't enjoy a healthy lifestyle, which leads to all kinds of additional health problems. I've experienced it firsthand. I was in a car accident back in 2009 that left me with severe whiplash. I wasn't getting much pain relief from chiropractic adjustments alone. I was referred to a Rolfer® and received the 10 session series. In one of the sessions the practitioner worked on the inner line of my legs which relieved pain in my neck. That experience made me realize how connected the body truly is.
