About me
Working with a Trauma Informed Recovery Coach during and after the experience of a break-up can be transformative because when we are triggered, we are dealing with a wound and when a wound re-opens, we get our best shot at healing our disconnected parts. As your coach, I will provide you with a safe environment where you can explore your body sensations along with your emotions and feelings of pain, discomfort, and fear of abandonment.
