About me
About me
My name is Elisabeth Trice, but most just call me Lissa. I've been practicing Reiki and Yoga for around 15 years. I apprenticed for my father during that time to achieve my Master Reiki Certification. I began practicing Yoga around the same time and decided to get certified to teach Hatha Yoga in 2019. I was also recently certified in Thai Yoga Bodywork. When I was 19 I was initiated into an ancient form of Peruvian Shamanism. I still use these ceremonies today and hold these practices dear to my heart.
