About me
Growing up was tough for me. I went through a lot of sexual and relationship trauma. I learned to heal myself with many different holistic tools. My approach to working with my clients is understanding them. Knowing the root issue to help resolve the present symptom they are experiencing. I have many tools in my toolbox and like using what is best for my clients. Everyone's trauma or pain is unique, and there is no set stone in my coaching. We take it one session at a time.
