Sue is a good listener and was attuned to my emotional state which made it easy to talk to her and explain my issues. I found the sessions that were in-person were more valuable than the sessions via video call. It is just my preference to talk with somebody in person. When working with Sue I was reminded that I am the only person that can make myself happy and looking to others to fulfill my happiness was not leading me where I want to go. I felt safe, understood and supported.
Sue is grounded and real and has a great outlook on being healthy. She has an easy way about her, can find a laugh and respects where I am and the experiences I've had. Working with Sue is transformative.

About me

I work with women who have spent years focused on family or career and have forgotten to look after their own mental and physical health.
They are at a time in their life where they realize they need to make a change but are fearful that they are too old, or it is too hard and just too late.

I help women explore the thoughts and beliefs that are holding them back from believing they are worthy of the effort now.
Helping them build strategies to make the shift in thinking so that they can be in alignment with their true self and live their best life whatever that might be.
There are many reasons why people over eat, have negative self talk and never permanently succeed at dieting.
When we address the underlying emotions that are steering our behaviour we can start to make a change.
Everyone has a different life story and yet all of us are capable of going through the process of addressing restrictive beliefs about ourselves and reshape our beliefs to be in alignment with who we really are.
We will work together to explore the thoughts and beliefs that are holding you back
Help you understand how to listen to your body rather than your ego when making decisions.
Learn how to address the fear and shift your way of thinking by giving your mind and body the evidence that you are worthy of being your best self.
We will look at the reasons for self sabotage and how we can change that.

What You Can Expect On Your First Visit

To start, I will send you an intake form with some thoughtful questions that will help me to see how you feel about your life.
On your first call we will go over the questions togeather and start to formulate the place to start with things you would like to do differently.

My Inspiration

I went through a period in my life where I realized i needed to make changes. I was able to do that with help and transformed my life. I know there are so many women who could benefit from being heard and helped to find their way.
