My name is Susan. I’m a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach. I’ve made it my mission to help women take as good care of themselves as they do everyone else. As your health coach, I will guide you in making small changes through whole foods, movement and self-care that will lead to BIG results and get you back to the healthy, sexy, beautiful life you were born to have.
