About me
About Me:
After working for 30+ years in corporate America and the small business world, I felt more than just burn-out; I was fried and worn out. I spent so many years being who others thought I should be, but most of the time, life felt incomplete. Who had I become? I didn't know. I just knew something had to change! That's when I began a soul-searching journey to become the "ME I was meant to be."
In 2016, I started reading about energy medicine and how it works. That is how I discovered Reiki. Reiki has helped me uncover "the real me" and is now leading me into a new life.
