About me
I have been a nurse for over 25 years and provide a diverse clinical background. I enjoy working with people that have been going through transitions in their lives. I love getting to the root of the problem and getting the why of your stress and ailment. Throughout my personal experience and clinical experience I work in areas of motherhood, finding self purpose and self worth, moving forward after divorce, pregnancy loss, career transitions, finding purpose, gut health, nervous system regulation, meditation .
