Suzanne is an excellent intuitive healer. With the help of her holistic lifestyle coaching, I've managed to improve my health and well-being. The Reiki sessions have done wonders for my low back pain. She showed me a path toward clean eating by following an elimination diet. Her cookbook, The Optimal Health Cookbook (http://energizebodyandmind.com/book/), is a fantastic resource with delicious recipes. I highly recommend her for energy work, functional movement and diet coaching.
Suzanne is my go-to for anything health-related. I've struggled with stomach/digestive issues for a lot of my life, and Suzanne has offered multiple solutions to get me feeling healthy again. After a reiki session with Suzanne, the nausea and stagnant feeling in my belly were gone. It felt like she reactivated my system and got everything flowing again. Suzanne also taught me about elimination diets, which helped me to pin-point specific foods that don't agree with me. Her cookbook, "The Optimal Health Cookbook: Your Guide to Real Food Made Easy," provides a lot of valuable information on various types of foods and how they can affect the body (in addition to delicious recipes that have become staples in my household). Most importantly, I feel that Suzanne understands that everyone's body is different, and she offers customized solutions based on your individual needs.

Questions & Answers

Hi, A good place to start is with a functional medicine doctor, naturopath, and/or a functional diagnostic nutrition practitioner (FDN-P). I am the latter and can help identify the cause your daughter's sensitivity by asking questions and running lab tests as chemical sensitivity can have various causes. Changes to diet and lifestyle often offer a degree of relief as will a protocol based on the underlying cause determined by testing. I'm happy to help or you can look for a practitioner in your area.

Hi Sonya, Qigong is the foundation of martial arts, including Tai Chi. Qigong is a holistic system of self-healing exercise that includes movement (postures, stretches, flows), acupressure, breathing techniques, meditation, and the power of the mind. Through these methods, qi (energy) is accumulated, moved, and stored in the body. Qigong is easy to practice and requires no memorization of a form. Tai Chi (Taiji) took the principles of qigong and added a martial (fighting) aspect. It is a martial art that's known not only for its fighting aspect but for its many health benefits such as improved balance, coordination, mind-body connection, flexibility, strength, and more. It is a complete system of exercise in which mental focus, breathing, and movements are connected into a flowing form. Because there is a form to memorize, some consider Tai Chi more difficult to learn and more of a time commitment. Both Tai Chi and Qigong have tremendous, and similar, health benefits, not the least of which are more energy and ease of movement. ~Suzanne
