About me
I know what it's like to feel stuck and feel like things can't change. I see you, I feel you, and I understand you. I was telling myself old stories that I was conditioned to believe. That I can't have an easier life and things are supposed to always struggle. That struggling with your emotional, physical and spiritual health is just a part of the journey. And even though struggle IS a part of the human experience, I was believing that I was always meant to struggle and life was indeed supposed to be a constant struggle.
