Customized Nutrition Plan
I am a dietitian, I'm really a detective. I read the lab results, your food logs and your reactions. If I do my job right, you become your own detective and I work my way out of a job.

I was born in 1967 to educator parents and an Italian family whose social functions mostly revolved around food. These beginnings set the stage for my lifelong interest in education, as well as food.
In elementary school, I was diagnosed with a learning disability, something very uncommon for girls at that time. My family responded by using diet and exercise to treat the problem. By age 13, I had a much heightened awareness of my body and how food affected it leaning, sports performance and mood.
These early experiences gave me desire to help others through diet and nutrition. I have a Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from Colorado State University at Fort Collins. Post-graduate work in Healthexcel’s Genetic Approach to Nutrition Counseling and Education, and becoming a Certified Metabolic Typing Advisor, I also has broadened My training with studies in “Neurotransmitter Balancing”, “Working with the Subconscious Mind while Conscious”, and “Steroidal Hormone Balancing”.
My philosophy is to teach you how to listen to the nonverbal communication of your body. You will become your own expert.
You are already perfect! You will learn to find the balance within your own perfection.
We always start with some type of diagnostic.
My biggest weakness became my strength. My weakness/superpower is I am sensitive. I can teach others how to be sensitive and read the nonverbal communication of their body.
