I am Terriee Smith, a Board certified counselor, licensed mental health counselor, and certified addictions professional. I work with men and women who are struggling with trauma, stress, anxiety, and depression, I want to help you build healthy coping skills and find calm in an challenging world.
I specialize in trauma recovery, weight management, eating disorders, and addictions and help adults gain coping skills to better manage life’s stressor and adjustments. I conduct pre-bariatric psych evaluations and offer counseling for individuals at all stages of this journey.
