Change is easy to resist and also simple when you have reliable and consistent support by someone who wants what you want.
I take a committed stand with my clients for their results, which are a challenge on their own otherwise.
Each new level of information connects another dot so the approach with clients is enjoyable while making great progress for results they want.

Holistic approaches have impacted my wellness much more than any traditional endeavors. As much as we need doctors, we need to nurture our body, mind and spirit first. I'd rather invest in my wellness than pay for disease.
The catalyst for creating a business was when the missing piece for emotional balance and mindset shifts created a permanent change for me, I wanted to bring something I knew could change the world, one person's world at a time.
As a baby boomer, aging scared me into wellness!
I was diagnosed with High Blood Pressure and the doctor had her pad to write me a script. I had a flash vision of getting old, relying on meds and decided to search options on my own. One person's wisdom and healthy results, led me to the next level of wellness.
Another situation happened and health coaching school landed as the best option to optimize my self care. Once I made consistent change, I not only noticed how much had improved, I also noticed how many others my age were on meds, in pain, not sleeping, etc.
Becoming a wellness professional evolved into being.
As much as I love progress for clients, the first visit is a series of paradigm shifts I enjoy as a shared journey to be on my client's side to gain their vision.
One client just said to me, "you heard me".
Others say they "feel lighter" afterward.
Some are a bit nervous because they have never had change be so simple and are ore used to chaos, resistance and confusion than a simple pace to permanent change with new perspectives and better choices.
Whatever you want to change and have been unable to, is probably taking up too much head space. We can cause a change on a sub-conscious level. Clients who subscribe for ongoing sessions call it "mental maintenance".
