Learn More About Terry Von

About me

It was November of 2011, I was living a life of active drug addiction, and I had no sense of meaning or purpose. I was agnostic, nihilistic, and misanthropic. I believed in nothing, trusted no one, and had no sense of belonging. I truly believed I didn't belong on this planet.

Then, I had a spiritual awakening. I had a paradigm shift about what I believed was real, what was important, and what things meant to me.

After seeking and finding ways to improve my overall health, my self-image, self-esteem, and how to manifest what I want in life, I decided to learn how to help other people improve their lives as well.

In June of 2020, I founded Olydemy, the Olympic Academy for Titans. To learn more about what I do visit this url:

My Philosophy of Care

My philosophy is centered around the mindfulness/zen philosophy and I utilize gamification as a way to increase motivation, productivity, and overall satisfaction of life.

What You Can Expect On Your First Visit

Clients can expect to be given a blueprint for stepping into the adventure that calls out to them. Joseph Campbell, inspired by Carl Jung, revealed that most people are living vicariously through the myths and stories of our cultures instead of actually living out our own personal heroic tales. I believe that by stepping into our adventures, together we can enter a new realm of existence.

My Inspiration

My own pain and suffering was the main catalyst for wanting to help others. But my real inspirations are my children. I want to live in a world where my children are safe, happy, and healthy. And I am on a mission to wake the world up.

Questions & Answers

There are many signs of a true narcissist. The three most prominent ones are a lack of empathy, a sense of entitlement, and interpersonally exploitative behavior. If you have been shown time and time again that someone is incapable of putting themselves in your shoes, that they feel like deserve to be treated like royalty while everyone else deserves to be treated like dirt, and that they will do whatever it takes to get what they want, regardless of who gets hurt in the process, chances are, you are dealing with a narcissist. Also, a narcissist will often employ what is known as splitting, or taking responsibility for everything that is good or positive while blaming everything that is bad or negative on you. Other signs are an attitude of superiority, need for control, lack of responsibility, lack of boundaries, and an exaggerated need for attention.

In clinical terms, there are maintaining factors of anxiety disorders, in this case treatment resistant social anxiety. One of the maintaining factors of social anxiety is heightened self-focused attention. In other words, you put all the pressure on yourself. You think that you have you to make a good impression, but you don't realize that they also have to make a good impression on you.

I recommend yoga. You can start off with easier balance postures and slowly work your way up to more advanced postures.
