It was November of 2011, I was living a life of active drug addiction, and I had no sense of meaning or purpose. I was agnostic, nihilistic, and misanthropic. I believed in nothing, trusted no one, and had no sense of belonging. I truly believed I didn't belong on this planet.

Then, I had a spiritual awakening. I had a paradigm shift about what I believed was real, what was important, and what things meant to me.

After seeking and finding ways to improve my overall health, my self-image, self-esteem, and how to manifest what I want in life, I decided to learn how to help other people improve their lives as well.

My philosophy is centered around the mindfulness/zen philosophy and I utilize gamification as a way to increase motivation, productivity, and overall satisfaction of life.

Clients can expect to be given a blueprint for stepping into the adventure that calls out to them. Joseph Campbell, inspired by Carl Jung, revealed that most people are living vicariously through the myths and stories of our cultures instead of actually living out our own personal heroic tales. I believe that by stepping into our adventures, together we can enter a new realm of existence.

My own pain and suffering was the main catalyst for wanting to help others. But my real inspirations are my children. I want to live in a world where my children are safe, happy, and healthy. And I am on a mission to wake the world up.
