We are sisters! We both hold degrees from the University of Manitoba in Physiotherapy and Nursing, respectively. From there we transitioned to alternative therapy. Combined, we have 12 years of study and practice in conventional medicine, and 10 years in alternative medicine. What we observed is that at the root of every issue - whether that issue is physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, social, or organizational - is stress. Committed to getting to the heart of the problem, we dedicated our careers to empowering individuals, teams, and organizations to conquer stress in order to reach their highest potentials. We combine Positive Psychology, Mindfulness, HeartMath, and the Enneagram Personality System into uniquely tailored one-on-one sessions or group trainings.
It sounds cliche, but we want to help people. It is our mission to help people become the best version of themselves and be truly happy. And a huge part in that journey has to do with conquering stress.

You do not have to share your trauma story with us if you do not want to. This is NOT talk therapy. In fact, this is not therapy at all! We want to help you understand yourself better, be more aware of how you operate, so you can operate optimally!
