My Philosophy of Care

Care is exactly that. Caring to work together to meet the client's goals (not my goals.) You are in the driver seat and I am a facilitator, knowledge bank, problem solver and cheer leader working for you.

What You Can Expect On Your First Visit

We start with a thorough health history, your current diet, and whole body symptom questionnaire. This really gives a clear holistic approach of where to start. I lay out options and we decide together how to proceed. This is your show. I'm here to support you. You receive all the supporting handouts and tips. Then we check in and see how things are going and make adjustments as needed.

My Inspiration

I love food. Unfortunately, the food I was eating was damaging my body. It was a difficult road to realize how food was hurting my body without obvious symptoms. It took the natural conception of my two children to finally prove it to me.

I was unwell. It was a struggle to go to work every day with fatigue. I’ve been there. Changing my focus to what I can eat and what is nutritious allowed me to move on and my body was able to heal.
