About me
I studied Psychology at UCLA and am a certified Jay Shetty Life Coach. As an empath, I possess a unique capacity to not only provide attentive guidance but also to discern the unspoken nuances beneath the surface. I worked with many school districts and non profits empowering students to develop resilience and find their inner voice and now that passion has transferred over to my coaching.
