About me
About me
I want to start out by sharing what lead me to this path of healing. My husband was in the military & ended up getting medically retired. This made his PTSD and everything else he had going on with him medically amplify. We tried the traditional routes of western medicine and regular talk therapy. He more or less ended up falling through the cracks because there just wasn't enough resources. So I set out to find a way to help him, myself. I first began by taking a course that was a year long and really digging into myself and healing me.
