About me
Who am I? A Servant Leader of hope, people, and community. My gift is to motivativate, empower and help heal the heart and teach individuals how to breathe one whole breath at a time. Pain is a masterclass of highs and lows and while the all have a lesson to teach. It is my job to rehears and prepare the class room with trust, safety and a sacred safe space where caterpillars leave the cacoon to become graceful butterflies.
