Tomiko received her bachelor's degree from Andrews University and for 25 years, perfecting her craft throughout the years. She has been combining holistic wellness with physical movement and more. Her work combines art and science to create an integrative experience that allows people to tap into their innate healing abilities. Learning to work with one's personal needs is a critical component of this, as is coaching individuals on how to use self-care manual techniques and movement as keys to assisting individuals in reaching their highest level of function.
