About me
About Me
I lived an active life growing up, always being outdoors, playing sports and weightlifting. I was interested in what I thought was health and wellness, I had a science major with a food science background and later worked in an orthopedics lab. What I couldn't understand was why I would sustain unexplained injuries so easily and why I would experience a variety of other unknowingly related symptoms if everything I was doing was supposedly "healthy.
