About me
I am happily a married wife of 17 years and a mother of three amazing kids. My journey as a coach began after leaving my corporate career of almost 18 years to stay home with my youngest child. I knew for quite some time that I was missing my purpose in my career, but I just had not yet figured out where I was supposed to be.
Unfortunately, during those higher stress years, my health both physically and mentally was not optimal and I was far from living as the greatest version of myself.
