About me
About me
My own personal journey of self discovery has led to to explore a variety of therapeutic methods. I have been therapist for 25 years and a client even longer. Therapy is a way to transform and reintegrate life experiences and the damage it leaves behind. After many years of therapy I found myself wondering if there was a better way to fully heal and move forward. Then I discovered Energy psychology.
Ten years ago, I began exploring mind, body connection, ancestral trauma and past lives. It changed my life and my therapy practice.
