About me
About me
I was the rockstar corporate leader building teams that excelled at every level. A top Sales Exec at a Fortune 1000 company, fresh off of a 9-figure IPO. I was killing it in my own consulting company, propelling my own life to an amazing new level.
Despite it all, I had a secret. I was suffering from burnout, panic disorder, and chronic stress, and each day was difficult to get through.
I made the conscious decision in 2016 to get my Health Coaching Certification to help with my own healing journey.
