What do I do? Oh, that is a big question, and the answer is multi-faceted and heavily layered.
To start, I have been working in the mental health arena since 2004. I have been a life coach and a reiki practitioner since 2018. I love what I do.
I help people navigate difficult situations, build resilience, and empower them to achieve their goals. I help people heal toxic relationships by identifying and setting boundaries. I help people learn about the power of mindfulness practices and how they can improve their overall lives.
