About me
My name is Valentina I-Sicoli & I suffered for many years with multiple autoimmune conditions like Dysautonomia, Hypothyroidism and Arthritis. This led me to my Naturopathy way of wellness and health. I visited numerous doctors to get answers and unfortunately it took me around seven years to find the right doctor, mentors, books, courses and even podcasts to connect the dots and learn what was going to help me heal. I finally decided to get certified so I can help others like me; I'm also currently studying to be Naturopathic practitioner.
