Free initial consultation. What You Can Expect On Your First Visit Our first visit is a discovery of what you want out of your life and how we plan to navigate together through our partnership model. I will go over the different techniques based on your healing needs. Each session will end with a deep breathing reflection closing practice to ground you before departing. Holistic Approach Instead of focusing on improving one aspect of your life, we will focus on how to improve all the important things that make you, you. Authentic Commitment Real change takes time. Sessions last up to 6 months to ensure we understand what you are truly seeking and the best path to get you there. Authentic Breakthroughs Each weekly session will build off the prior one to initiate breakthroughs that will be critical in reaching everything you seek to archive. My holistic approach brings clarity, direction, and positive support for all clients. I help you live your best life, by filling the gap between where you are now, and where you want to be. By identifying where growth is desired, setting goals and objectives, and holding you accountable, to assist you in reaching your goals. Clarity Breathwork is a gentle, safe, extremely powerful breathing process that releases stress from the cells of the body and helps to transform limiting thoughts, emotions and beliefs. It works on the physical, emotional and spiritual aspects of healing. Through guided breathwork practices • You may learn the three different types of breathwork practices - Calming, Balancing and Energizing • Learn how breathwork affects the nervous system and switches on the relaxation response in the body • Understand how regulated breathing can positively impact the health and well-being of the body and mind Breathwork sessions focus on one type of breathwork per session. Breathwork types are Calming, Balancing and Energizing. Breathwork sessions are determined by you and I, based on your healing needs.
