About me
I am a registered nurse, 500hr yoga instructor, meditation teacher, and spiritual practice coach. I have 25 years of sobriety from drugs and alcohol and have learned to live one day at a time. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and a Master's Degree in Spiritual Consciousness. I have over 20 years of studying Eastern Philosophies, Alternative Medicine, and Spirituality. I have been a nurse for over 12 years and love my patients.
