About me
Hi I'm Yasi! I completed my 200 hour Hatha yoga teacher training at The Mindfulness Center (TMC) in Bethesda, Maryland under the direction of the lovely ladies, Dr. Deborah Norris, Lauren Richardson and Jessie Norris.
I have studied meditation technique with Dr. Norris and teach Introductory Meditation classes once a month at TMC.
