About me
Narrative Somatics offers a transpersonal approach to somatic healing and arts-based life coaching. We work with intuition and the feedback from the body to let go of the past and truly embody new ways of interacting with our world. Reiki - of the masterful channeling of universal life force through the hands - offered as a stand-alone service or as a part of comprehensive Narrative Somatics program. Rae is a Registered Drama Therapist, Therapeutic Art Life Coach, Spiritual Life Coach, Reiki Master, Certified Trauma Professional, Autism Movement Therapist, MA in Special Education, yogi and lover of all things outdoors.
